What really burns my bacon is had they not been publically exposed by a kiss cam at a concert attended by tens of thousands, they would have gone on with the betrayal, thumbing their noses at everyone, living a duplicitous lie and imposing silence through corp intimidation (she was the head of HR for gods sake).
Ive seen this shyt many times. A senior manager having an affair with a company sales rep and his direct report turning a blind eye because he was the fair haired favored one. Another exec did the same and was never called out. Yet another who DID eventually get exposed and his wife took him to the cleaners and kids turned his back in him. I know of another senior exec who had an affair with an employee, was outed by his wife and still ended up being promoted due to his cinnectiins. All examples are with privately held companies.
Where is the kiss cam when you need it?
ETA: Ill bet this?has sparked a lot of uncomfortable discussions on the part of many.
